Hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating)

Hyperhidrosis is excessive sweating in various areas of the body. Botulinum toxin is injected sub-dermally in the affected area. This works by blocking signals from the nervous system to stop our sweat glands for working so hard in the treated area. This is especially beneficial in the warmer months of the year.
